1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
When confirming the reservation, the user automatically accepts these general conditions.
2. TARIFF CONDITIONS
Not refundable:
No refund in case of cancellation after booking.
Weekly:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. In case of cancellation within 14 days, 50% of the total amount will be charged. In case of cancellation on the day of check-in or no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Standard:
Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. In case of cancellation within the previous 5 days, the cost of the first night will be charged. In case of cancellation on the day of check-in or no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
3. MANDATORY ONLINE CHECK-IN
Full online check-in is mandatory. Otherwise, access to the property will be denied and no refund will be issued. Online check-in includes:
Loading a valid identification document for all guests:
Residents in Italy: identity card or driving licence;
Residents in Europe: identity card;
Resident abroad: passport.
Payment of the tourist tax.
The signature of the lease (where applicable).
4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is from 15:00.
The check-out time is by 10:00.
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The deposit will be returned at the end of stay, within 5 working days, after verification of the absence of damage or theft inside the property.
In the event of damage or shortfall, Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo reserves the right to withhold the entire amount paid as security, or part of it, to cover the costs incurred.
If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover the amount of damage or theft, the guest will be required to refund the remaining amount up to full compensation.
6. HOUSE RULES
All Guests must comply with all the House Rules and any other instructions of the Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo during their stay.
Guests are required to notify the Alpan Experience of Bellotto Matteo of any discussion or complaint with or from neighbors as soon as possible.
Guests must minimize noise to not disturb the occupants of neighboring properties, especially during night time.
Excessive noise is prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the lease.
It is forbidden to access visitors without prior authorization of the Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo.
Any overnight stays by Visitors must be approved in advance by the Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo and may be subject to additional costs.
Parties, gatherings and meetings of any kind within the property are strictly prohibited.
It is mandatory to collect them separately using the appropriate bins.
It is strictly forbidden to leave scattered waste or garbage bags in the accommodation at check-out.
At check-out, guests are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed to prevent weather damage.
Guests should switch off lights and appliances such as the TV when not in use, to save energy.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; in case of violation a penalty will be applied.
It is forbidden to bring animals into the facility.
All damages and breakages caused to the property must be reported to Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo as soon as possible.
The Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo reserves the right to revoke the possibility of staying guests if they do not comply with the rules of the house or cause disturbance to neighbors and other residents.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ALPAN EXPERIENCE DI BELLOTTO MATTEO
The Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo is committed to provide accommodation in the conditions indicated in the description of the ad.
Is not responsible for events beyond its control (e.g. bad weather, interruption of public services, etc.).
8. CHANGES AND FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of extraordinary events that make it impossible to stay (e.g. serious malfunctions, inoperability), Alpan Experience di Bellotto Matteo reserves the right to offer an alternative or full refund of the amount paid.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Court of Aosta is exclusively competent for any dispute.
