GENERAL INFORMATION

The apartment "Dust and Snow", located in the condominium Grande Gorraz G7, is located in the resort of Pila, a true paradise for mountain lovers and outdoor activities.

Thanks to its location, the property offers a wide range of sports activities in every season: winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding, and summer experiences between trekking, mountain biking and hiking.

A convenient connection with the cableway allows you to reach the city of Aosta in just 20 minutes.



INFORMATION FOR GUESTS

• Free, reserved and covered parking (maximum height 1.90 meters);

• Direct access to ski slopes (winter);

• Free ski and boot storage with padlock;

• Direct access to the farm road and bike park (summer);

• Main commercial services (restaurants, bars, etc.) to 5/10 minutes walk;

• Adventure park at 100 meters (open only in summer);

• A baby cot is available.



THE PLACE

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the G7 condominium, overlooking the small adjacent forest. With a bit of luck, you might spot squirrels standing on branches right in front of the window.

The property offers a free, reserved and covered parking space. Please note that the maximum height allowed for the vehicle is 1.90 meters. The car is not essential to get around the area, as all major services are only 5/10 minutes walk away.



THE STRUCTURE

The apartment is in a single room and is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay.

Although it is a studio apartment, the apartment has been arranged to include a walk-in closet, a small sitting area, a kitchen with a large table, a full bathroom and a comfortable sleeping area. In addition, there is a storage room for skis and boots locked.



THE KITCHEN / DINING AREA

The kitchen has an electric hob with 2 burners, a sink and a fridge with small freezer.

There is a Nespresso coffee machine, pots and various utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.

In the dining area there is a large table with chairs to eat or work in comfort.

A free wi-fi connection and a 40" Smart TV are available.



THE SITTING ROOM

The small living room, furnished with two comfortable armchairs and two tables, offers a cozy relaxation area. The window allows you to admire the adjacent forest, making the ideal space for moments of tranquility.

To complete the environment and make it even more comfortable, there is a soft carpet.



THE NIGHT ZONE

The sleeping area accommodates a double bed (160 x 190 cm) complete with all linen.

The bed is served by a bedside table on which there is place for a lampshade.

From the bed you can watch TV through digital terrestrial or major streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, etc.).



THE WALK-IN

The walk-in closet is designed to comfortably hold all your luggage. Inside you will find a practical stool, a mirror, a carpet and two shelves.

The spacious wardrobe is equipped with shelves and hangers, to organize your clothes.

Please note that a door is locked, intended for the storage of equipment in the apartment.



THE BATHROOM

The bathroom has a bathtub with a practical bulkhead that allows you to use it comfortably as a shower. A toilet, bidet and washbasin complete the room.

You will have 3 towels per person (face, hands and body). In addition, you will find hand soap, shower soap and a hairdryer.

The location of the property, allows you to move comfortably on foot to reach all services.

The free, reserved and covered parking space will allow you to park your car throughout your stay.



LOCAL REGULATIONS

• During the check-in online phase, the payment of the tourist tax will be mandatory, as established by the regional law 18 July 2023, n.10.

• At check-in online, you will be required to upload your documents as stipulated by article 109 of the TULPS. Only the following documents will be accepted:
Residents in Italy: identity card or driving licence;
Residents in Europe: identity card;
Resident abroad: passport.
