Thanks to its location, halfway between Aosta and the Pila ski resort, it offers maximum tranquillity and is only 15 minutes from both destinations.

THE PLACE
The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a small building, with views over the city of Aosta and the mountains.
The property offers a free parking space, but availability is not guaranteed. During the winter season, it may not be available due to snow. A car is essential for getting around the area, as all the main services cannot be reached on foot or by public transport.

The kitchen features a 4-burner induction hob, a double sink, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an oven.
It also includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, pots and various utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
The dining area features a comfortable table with chairs where you can enjoy your meals comfortably.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed with views over the city of Aosta and the surrounding mountains, as well as a 43” Smart TV.
A stable and fast Wi-Fi connection is also available.
THE SLEEPING AREA
The sleeping area features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a topper and complete bed linen.
The bed is accompanied by two bedside tables with lamps and charging sockets for mobile phones.
This room also features a small wellness area, equipped with an infrared sauna and a yoga corner.
The infrared sauna is equipped with various functions, such as chromotherapy, internal and external lighting (powerful enough to allow you to read a book inside the sauna), and built-in Bluetooth speakers, allowing you to listen to your favourite music.
The yoga corner is equipped with a mat, two small weights and a yoga ball.
THE OFFICE CORNER
Inside the bedroom there is a small office corner equipped with a desk, chair, dedicated lighting and a lamp with wireless phone charging.
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with mirror, bidet, toilet and a comfortable shower.
This room also includes a small laundry area, with laundry baskets for dirty clothes, a washer-dryer and a drying rack with pegs.
You will have 3 towels per person. You will also find hand soap, shower gel and a hairdryer.
THE BALCONY
Accessible from the living area, there is a covered balcony that can also be used when it rains or snows, with views over the city of Aosta and the mountains.
This space features a table with four chairs for dining outdoors, as well as an armchair with a small table.
For the evening and nighttime hours, the balcony is equipped with lighting, so it can be used at any time.
THE SOLARIUM
The property has a solarium with mountain views, equipped with comfortable sun loungers, reclining chairs and small tables.
Please note that the solarium is not for the exclusive use of the apartment, but is shared with the property on the lower floor. The space has been furnished with enough loungers and chairs to ensure availability for both apartments, even when used simultaneously.
THE SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
On the ground floor of the small building there is a ski and bike storage area.
The room is equipped with a rack for storing skis and poles and snowboards.
The rack is lockable, allowing you to keep your equipment safe.
There are also four practical stands for storing four bicycles.
The stands are provided with a long rubber-coated steel cable (to prevent scratching the bicycle frames) and a high-security padlock.
Please note that the equipment storage area is not for the exclusive use of the apartment, but is shared with the property on the lower floor. The space has been furnished with enough ski and bike racks to ensure availability for both apartments, even when used simultaneously. Each apartment has its own dedicated racks with separate padlocks and keys.
