Located in the quiet and peaceful village of the ancient Roman Bridge (Stone Bridge), in the historic center of Aosta, a few steps from the remains of Augusta Prætoria and the departure of the cableway to Pila.
The property is ideal for visiting the city of Aosta and, thanks to its central location, represents a perfect base to reach all the places in the region.

THE PLACE
The apartment is on the first floor of a small building, in the quiet and peaceful old town of Aosta. Despite the proximity to the main road, the noise of cars inside the apartment is imperceptible, thanks to the thick stone walls of the historic building and the sound-absorbing panels installed in the adjacent house.
The property has no private parking and is located in a limited traffic area (ZTL), so it is not possible to access by car. However, to visit the city of Aosta and reach the main commercial and tourist activities, it is not necessary to use the car. The proximity to the latter, allows you to move easily on foot or by public transport.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is in a single room and is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay.
Looking from the windows and between the roofs of other houses, you have a view of the mountains.
THE KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The full kitchen has a 2-burner induction hob, sink, fridge with freezer.
There is a Nespresso coffee machine, pots and various utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
In the dining area there is a table with chairs to eat or work in comfort.
A free and unlimited wi-fi connection and a 43" Smart TV are available.
THE NIGHT ZONE
The sleeping area accommodates a double bed (160 x 200 cm) complete with all linen.
The bed is served by two bedside tables on which there are two lampshades.
From the bed you can watch TV through digital terrestrial or major streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, etc.).
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom has a comfortable shower, WC (with shower instead of bidet), sink, carpet and all necessary towels (face, hands and body).
You will also find hand soap and shower soap at your disposal.
THE BALCONY
The apartment has a balcony, where there is a table with chairs to eat, work or relax looking at the mountains.

The historic village of Roman Bridge, also known as Stone Bridge, is located in a central and quiet location, perfect for visiting the city of Aosta and easily reach the main tourist attractions of the region.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA
The central location of the property, allows you to move comfortably on foot to explore the center of Aosta and enjoy all that the city has to offer.
A few meters away is the bus stop, which allows you to reach different destinations.
The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL) and does not have private parking. On the street you can find free and paid parking, but their availability is not guaranteed.
LOCAL REGULATIONS
• Every 7 nights of stay, a linen change and cleaning must be carried out, as required by Regional Law of May 29, 1996, No. 11, Chapter VII, Article 17, Paragraph 2, Letter a.
